Three Principles of the National Charter

1. National economic reform should start from the defense economy, which is the root of the military-industrial complex, rehabilitation science, and international financial industries.
2. The improvement of national industrial structure should start from the welfare economy, which is linked with rehabilitation science technology accumulated through the World Rehabilitation Science (WRS) industry for the world's disabled people based on the United Nations World Rehabilitation Organization (UNWRO).
3. The national unification framework should start from the infrastructure economy, which is the foundation of the unification cost and related disarmament industrial economy.

1. From the opening of the Eco-Pacific era for the preservation of the global environment.
2. From the establishment of a global financial special state in conjunction with the United Nations, including the recruitment of the United Nations World Rehabilitation Organization (UNWRO) headquarters and the United Nations World Rehabilitation Bank (UNWRB) headquarters in Korea, marking the beginning of the Northeast Asia-centric logistics era.
3. With the laying of the foundation as a human rights state and the elevation of national status, as well as the establishment of a framework for a leap into a center of the global economy, it is formed as the completion of the [Korean Peninsula Unification Economic Roadmap] in the era of Korean Peninsula unification, with the goal of enhancing national competitiveness and creating added value in the global economy
