Founding Purpose Statement of the Future Korean Peninsula Party

The Future Korean Peninsula Party, in accordance with the description of its emblem, is founded on the principle

that the heavens and the earth (天地) unite the five paths (五道合一通), with the Baekdu Daegan (白頭帶幹) mountains standing tall, heralding the advent of a golden era (金色運), bringing about peace and unification to Korea (韓國), the flourishing of global finance (世界金融) under a blue era (靑色運), the realization of world peace (世界平和) on the Korean Peninsula (韓半島) as foretold by the red era (赤色運), and the yellow era (土色運) signifying the central role of the white-clad people (白衣民族) in the world community (世界萬邦).

The Future Korean Peninsula Party values the ancient civilizations of the Korean Peninsula and those of the world, tracing the steps of ancient human civilizations, human life and rights, and the preservation of life forms, as well as the advancement of rehabilitation science for this purpose, as outlined in the World Charter on the Human Rights of Persons with Disabilities drafted by the UN World Rehabilitation Organization (UNWRO), centering around the dignity of humankind and the love for humanity.

Considering the reality of continual loss of life due to wars, terrorism, territorial disputes among world religions and ideologies, and natural disasters, the Korean Peninsula aspires for world peace through the welfare and medical advancements for the marginalized communities and disabled persons around the world suffering from incurable diseases and global disasters, in pursuit of human dignity and the happiness of humanity.

The Future Korean Peninsula  Party aims to preserve, develop, and exchange the history, culture, and arts of the world's people, to form a consensus among the world's population, to share the history, culture, and arts among the world's nations, and to unify the dedication of the world's people towards the creation of peace, happiness, and a future for humanity.

Today's world history shows us a glimpse of the warning about the Dark Economic War as pointed out in the  World Financial Underground Economy, with unpredictable events such as national economic collapses occurring frequently within the framework of a borderless global economy.

​

As a measure to prepare for this, the World Financial Underground Economy represents the 36-year-long birth process of the UN World Rehabilitation Organization and the emergence of a third way for the future global economy, such as World Practical Capitalism or World Economic Integrated Capitalism.

Within this emergence, it predicts the Great Revolution of the Korean Peninsula, the rapid collapse of China's bubble economy, the division of China, the declaration of Communism disguised as the new European economy, and the process leading into the Third World War.

For instance, the collapse of the Greek national economy, which could be defined as "Euroism," and the evaporation of a $140 trillion bubble in the U.S. virtual coin market are becoming reality, providing an opportunity to diagnose the future of the world economy.

Therefore, the Underground World Financial System pursued by the FutureKorean Peninsula Future Party is not merely an economic theory, but a guideline for the future world economy that aims to establish a global financial system capable of integrating and operating the world's finances of 198 countries in a "One-Cycle" through the World Financial Swiss Forum under the United Nations World Rehabilitation Organization (UNWRO). It also prepares for the establishment of the "United Nations World Rehabilitation Bank (UNWRB)".

As mentioned above, the United Nations World Rehabilitation Organization's World Financial Swiss Forum (UNGFFS Policy & Schedule) aims to attract the United Nations World Rehabilitation Bank to Korea with the participation of 198 countries. It is composed of 9 sectors, 77 sessions, and 307 focused projects, forming a global financial system under the UNWRO that will address global economic crises and manage the underground economic assets of the global community. The forum plans workshops for global financial institutions such as BIS and SWIFT CODE (UNGFFS Policy NFC tag).

The "UNWROESC-UNGFFS-post 2015 Study Published" presented at the World Financial Swiss Forum includes 307 projects across 9 sectors, categorized into the 77th session. All presented materials constitute the regulations for the foundation of the United Nations World Rehabilitation Bank (UNWRB).

The second objective of the Future Korean Peninsula Party is to deal with and pioneer the future world facing the reunification of the Korean Peninsula and the impending crises, by completing the economic roadmap for a globally central Korean Peninsula based on the groundwork laid by the UNWRO.

The three national principles of the Future Korean Peninsula Party  to achieve such goals are as follows.

1. The Three Principles of National Proposition The three principles of the national proposition are Self-Esteem.

❖ 'Self' signifies the [Great Unity of National Thought].

     First.  the unity of the people originates from self-respect,

     Second.  the unity of society originates from self-reliance,

     Third. the unity of the state originates from national self.

       This defines the trinity of self-nation, self-esteem, and self-reliance as the ideological root of national governance, originating             from the desire to realize this.

❖ 'Esteem' signifies [National Economic Revival]

First. National economic reform originates from the root of national defense economy, which is a combination of the military-industrial complex, rehabilitation science, and international finance industry.

​

Second. The national unified framework originates from the infrastructure economy, which is the foundation of the costs of unification and related disarmament industrial economy.

This defines the trinity of defense economy, welfare economy, and infrastructure economy as the origin of the unified economy, originating from the desire to realize this.

​

❖ 'Heart' signifies [Realization of a World Government]

First.It originates from the commencement of the Pacific Era for the preservation of the global environment,

From organizing a special world finance nation in connection with the UN, such as attracting the UN World Rehabilitation Organization (UNWRO) headquarters to Korea and the establishment of the UN World Rehabilitation Bank (UNWRB) headquarters in Korea, leading to the opening of the Northeast Asia-centered logistics era,

Third. The establishment of a foundation for a global human rights nation and enhancement of the national stature, and by establishing a milestone for leaping into a world economic center, it leads to the heightened national competitiveness and creation of world economic added value, which underlies the completion of the [Korean Peninsula Unified Economic Map] in the era of Korean unification.

2.The Detailed Regulations of the Three Fundamental Principles of National Proposition

❖Regarding the [Grand Consolidation of National Ideology]:

​

First. We aim to develop a future-oriented trustworthy society where the freedom, rights, and equality of citizens are guaranteed based on human dignity. By re-establishing a just new society where principles and common sense prevail, we seek to overcome all conflicts and interests between regions, classes, and groups through harmony.

​

Second. A united citizenry originates from self-respect, a united society from mutual respect among citizens, and a united nation from national self-respect.

​

Third. When the consciousness of the citizens is reformed, it lays the groundwork for the recovery of national identity through the cultivation of national homogeneity and the innovation of the national management system. Furthermore, it is suggested that this is the only way to overcome the grand integration between North and South Korea.

​

❖Regarding the [Revival of the National Economy]:

​

First. Understanding the backbone of the defense economy, which includes the military-industrial complex, rehabilitation science, and the international finance industry, must be a prerequisite for national economic reform. This understanding will help minimize diplomatic friction and support economic growth. The fundamental backbone of a prosperous and powerful nation lies in a new defense economic system. The restructuring of industrial structures through the creation of new infrastructure will signify a transition to a high-value-added industry that is advanced, technology-intensive, and combines military and civilian efforts. Hence, the transition of the military-industrial complex structure can realize disarmament dialogues with North Korea and neighboring countries in Northeast Asia, modernize the military, achieve a lean government, and inject vitality into the various industries of a future unified Korea.

Second. The main agent of the welfare economy, global rehabilitation science (referring to advanced technologies such as aerospace and biotechnology for the disabled worldwide), is aimed to be developed as a national SOC (Social Overhead Capital) industry. That is, the accumulated rehabilitation science and technology through the rehabilitation science industry will be linked with Rehabilitation Technology (RT) and 4T (Technology, Talent, Tolerance, and Territory), thereby forming a Silicon Valley as a national infrastructure industry, which will create high-value-added national competitiveness.

❖ Regarding [Realization of a World Government]:

​

First. As a bridge role laying the foundation for the era of unification of the Korean Peninsula, for the dignity of humanity, which is the root of world peace and human rights, the establishment of the United Nations World Rehabilitation Organization (UNWRO) based on the [World Disabled Human Rights Declaration] in the DMZ and Seoul, is essential. This not only lays the cornerstone of a true human rights nation and enhances the national prestige, but also establishes a stepping stone for leaping into a world economic center, thereby enhancing national competitiveness and creating economic added value.

Second. For the future of the Korean Peninsula and the Asia-Pacific, the attraction of the UN World Rehabilitation Organization (UNWRO) to Korea will lead to the integration of the UN and the related global financial special nation (Underground World Financial Economy - World Financial Swiss Forum; UNGFFS Policy & Schedule.) with the UN World Rehabilitation Bank (UNWRB) under the UNWRO, by institutionally incorporating the international financial sphere into the domestic financial sphere, thus compensating for the loss of international financial competitiveness due to the structural limitations of today's domestic financial industry. It also establishes a smooth national finance for the loss of public funds and for the repayment of poor domestic and foreign debt.

Third.It lies in striving to enhance mutual cooperation with international organizations for the conservation of the Earth's environment, which is a basic right for human survival. By consolidating diplomatic capacities with the countries surrounding the Korean Peninsula, it strengthens environmental cooperation around the peninsula. In pursuing a balanced social ideal that harmonizes ecological conservation and development, it aims to build a society where nature and humans coexist, heralding the dawn of the Pacific Era.

3.United Nations World Rehabilitation Organization (UNWRO) Global Policy

​

UNWRO (United Nations World Rehabilitation Organization) seeks to present concrete measures for the globalization of the world economy through welfare and economy. Welfare, economy, and the globalization of the world economy are associated with the world economic policy for the welfare of persons with disabilities. In an era that demands a revolutionary paradigm shift for the rights and welfare of the world's disabled in order to secure stability in the Pacific Rim and become the core task for future growth, there is a need to enhance the rights of the world's disabled and foster a new consciousness for global disability welfare. International conventions that combine the world welfare economy generated from the marginalized classes of each country, the rights of the world's disabled, and the World Rehabilitation Science (WRS) industry will develop a global welfare economic project

First. Through the bid to host the UNWRO in Korea, the UNWRO headquarters and the 22 sectoral general secretariats under it will be established.

​

Second. Through the bid to host the United Nations World Rehabilitation Bank (UNWRB) in Korea, the world's financial system will be reorganized with a systematic roadmap to lead the era of global economic integration, completing the world's practical financial system (Global Economic Integration Capitalism).

Third. The first theory of C4I is recommended to humanity, and after reviewing the feasibility of the [National Space Committee Future Space Economy Roadmap] of the Korean Yoon Seok-yeol administration in conjunction with the United States' TRUMP’S SPACE X, TRUMP’S SPACE 5G-5GHz-5130CODE X world satellite communication network system and SUNBOOKCAP integrated operational command system during the process of entering the space age, it will be gradually involved.

Global rehabilitation science should be pursued as a common good ideology to be achieved on a global scale. The advanced space science and biotechnology derived from the Global Rehabilitation Science Industry (WRSI), which is a central agenda of the national industrial economy of countries worldwide, will be tied to the 4T [Information Technology (IT), Biotechnology (BT), Environment (ET), and Nanotechnology (NT)] to form a global cooperative effort. This will lead to the formation of Silicon Valleys, which are the national foundation industries of countries around the world, through the application of high-value rehabilitation science and technology (RST) aimed at the common good, thereby creating competitiveness in the welfare economy. Moreover, rehabilitation science is the concentrated technology of the aerospace industry that will pioneer the future of the Pacific Rim era.

Tenth. The operation of an international financial system infrastructure is absolutely essential for the globalization of the world economy. To achieve this, the establishment of the United Nations World Rehabilitation Bank (UNWRB) is imperative. In collaboration with various global financial industries of 198 countries, the UNWRB will elevate to a global welfare financial agenda and build a world welfare economic infrastructure that allows the global finance to operate flexibly. On the world stage, it will further human dignity protection through the enhancement of human rights and the protection of entitlements for people with disabilities globally, adding to the integrated function of world peace and human welfare.

Eleventh. In accordance with the first clause above, Korea will lead the global center of the peninsula through the hosting of the United Nations World Rehabilitation Organization (UNWRO). This means the creation of a UN city and the completion of the [Korean Peninsula Economic Unification Map] initiated by the UNWRO. The stability of the Korean Peninsula, as well as the advanced global rehabilitation science (WRS) linked to the global policy for people with disabilities, which will be the driving force for future growth in the Pacific Rim era, will be activated as a national industry created through global disability rights and the global welfare economy pursued by each country.

Twelfth. Excerpts from the UNWRO global policy "[Central Korean Peninsula in the World]" - At the tip of Jeollanam-do, expanding the territory from the West Sea to Eurasia! Announcement of the master plan for the construction of the West Sea-Eurasia Submarine City and the expansion of the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) to 200 nautical miles. The concept design foundation of the UNWRO, which is connected to the West Sea at the end of Jeollanam-do, South Korea, through the UNWRO's Eurasian Continental Railroad Belt Construction. The necessity of spaceships and other space industry propulsion bodies is evident in the military-industrial complex (defense economy) sector's space industry development. Through the United Nations World Rehabilitation Bank (UNWRB), substantial financial support for the massive space industry development economy (global defense materials) is secured, leading to a systematic and phased world financial system and ushering in an era of global economic integration with the UNWRB CODE system. The inauguration of the world industrial economy in the eco-friendly deuterium energy era is directly linked to the world food grain supply program and the overseas funding methods of the UNWRB system.
